Joining as one of the founding designers meant there was no established system to inherit — we were defining the platform's design language while shipping it. I specialized in the account management side, where the complexity of roles, permissions, and financial workflows collided with the need for clarity.
I conducted stakeholder interviews, design reviews, and usability research with the professionals who live inside SEC reporting — aligning every design decision with both product objectives and the unforgiving realities of compliance. The result proved that regulated software doesn't have to feel like punishment.
