Insurance is a legacy industry — 15-year-old systems, regulatory weight, and processes built for paper. The award didn't come from ignoring those constraints; it came from designing gracefully within them, finding the moments where mobile could genuinely serve customers better than any channel before it.
The promotion from UX Analyst I to II in 18 months reflected a pattern I've repeated everywhere since: deliver beyond the role, and the role expands. I was already leading interns, presenting to directors, and shaping research direction before the title said I should.
