Stakeholders convinced by evidence (52M projected wearable owners, 53% willing to share data for incentives), a team of UX interns led to a shipped internal tool, and an innovation posture the company hadn't had before.
I built a proof-of-concept exploring how the Apple Watch could transform roadside assistance. The research combined competitive analysis (four competitors already had wearable integrations), third-party projections, and our own Technology Adoption survey data — including the finding that privacy, not capability, was the real adoption barrier. The full roadside scenario didn't get funded; the wearable updates did. That's how innovation actually lands in enterprises: in fundable increments.
